Content policy
Elan walls are for celebrating together. These rules apply to everything posted on one.
Not allowed, ever
Anything illegal. Any sexual content involving a minor - it is removed and reported to the authorities. Intimate images shared without the consent of the person in them. Nudity or sexual content. Graphic violence. Harassment, threats or hate. Spam, scams or malware. Pretending to be someone else.
Photographs of other people
A wall is shared with everyone at the event, so hosts should tell their guests that photos taken there appear on it. Take down anything a person asks you to remove. At events with children, make sure parents know photos are being shared.
What hosts can do
From the desk, a host can hide any photograph instantly, delete it for good, and block a guest, which hides everything they posted.
What we do
We act on reports. We may remove content, suspend a wall, close an account, and report illegal content to the authorities.
